The purpose of the Leaning Operations Coordinator role is to effectively co-ordinate the learning interventions within Mazars to ensure a great learning experience and compliance with the planning, delivery and evaluation oftrainingof training and developmentplanning.

**Job Role** The Learning Operations Coordinator would beis responsible for working closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that all learning interventions are delivered in a well-co-ordinated way. This would includeincludes but not be limed to:

- Collaborating with the Education and Learning Team and Business Subject Matter Experts to understand scheduling and resourcing requirements,
- Ensuring that planning is fully captured and signed off for each learning project and intervention by the relevant stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining the Learning relevant learning planners/communications as required
- Working with the learning design team to ensure the correct information is available for learners to understand the learning interventions e.g. brochures, info grams etc

**Organising**:

- Correct scheduling of all learners for each learning /intervention,
- Follow-up and follow through on all queries relating to each learning project/intervention,
- Resource co-ordination - including booking of venues (virtual or physical), guest speakers, equipment/remote delivery tools, and associated facilities/resources/tools supporting remote and/or face-to-face delivery options.
- Supporting the Education and Learning Team with co-ordination of other types of Learning related projects/workshops when required, which may include preparation and distribution of materials such as agendas and other resources

**Implementation**:

- Proactive tracking of project/intervention plans including ongoing liaison with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Monitoring and follow-up of attendance of learning projects/interventions in line with requirements
- Updating the Learner Management System (LMS) and project files as required with learning materials, attendance records and other project requirements
- Ensuring all reminders/notifications and pre and post communication are correctly sent out to maintain a high level of attendance

**Reporting and communication**:

- Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing potential issues
- Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measuring and reporting on project performance
- Acting as the point of contact for all learners
- Compilation of month end and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring timely distribution, analysis and dissemination of engagement data throughout the lifecycle of the project/intervention

**System support**:

- Support Education and Learning users of the LMS to ensure efficient working practices and effective course administration across all stages of the development life cycle.
- Update and maintain the LMS, including for example, enrolling learners, open/close courses, spot check starters/leavers, enrolments, attendance marking and maintaining resource areas.
- Support and train colleagues on LMS functionality

**Person specification** **Essential Skills and Competencies**
- Project co-ordination skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and execution
- Good attention to detail with ability to identify and implement process improvement where required
- Resilience - able to manage high volumes of transactional activity accurately and in a timely fashion, whilst being mindful of the importance of hitting deadlines in a flexible working environment
- Knowledge of working with a Learning Management System
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and IT skills
- A self-starter, comfortable working without constant day to day management

**Desirable Skills and Competencies**:

- L&D qualification or equivalent
- Experience of being in a similar role
- Evidence of continuous professional development
