**About the role**:
You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating the maintenance and repair of buildings and services, plant machinery and equipment at a key client site.

As well as co-ordinating all functions of the maintenance plan (PPM) and managing external contactors, **you will**:

- provide hands-on support for plumbing, electrical and decoration services
- be responsible for controlling the site’s BMS and compliance systems, while delivering the energy saving plan
- be responsible for risk management, issuing work permits, risk assessing and managing the internal compliance systems
- be an ambassador for the customer; dealing professionally with complaints and queries

**About you**:
**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Experience in a comparable role
- Good IT literacy
- IPAF registered
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team-working and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good education to National Level 2 - e.g. GCSEs A*-C or equivalent
- Knowledge of plumbing desirable
- Experience in a retail / leisure environment preferred
- Strong technical skills
