Having successfully secured funding to develop and grow our workforce transformation programme we are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and innovative individual to join our team.

You will lead a review of the Trust’s healthrostering functions and develop a rolling programme of continued improvement to deliver improved efficiencies in workforce management. You will be responsible for the development of workforce planning/modelling across the Trust, engaging and working with the directorate teams to understand their business and service needs and be able to interpret this when developing workforce modelling for their services.

You should have excellent communication and influencing skills as well as the ability to adapt and manage several conflicting and complex priorities effectively. You will have significant knowledge and experience of e-rostering, workforce development and planning together with the ability to present complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups.

The postholder will lead the ongoing development and implementation of Oxford Health’s workforce plan ensuring continual improvement in workforce, integrated planning, operational performance, workforce deployment and efficiency. The postholder will focus on demand, capacity and activity modelling ensuring the Trust has a fit for purpose long-term workforce plan. The post holder will have leadership oversight in relation to all workforce related systems and digital solutions, developing strategies for their use and monitoring implementation and effectiveness.

The postholder will lead a review of the Trust’s healthrosteing functions and develop a rolling programme of continued improvement. The postholder will lead a number of directorate wide 90 day improvement plans to deliver improved efficiencies in workforce. This will be achieved through effective engagement with senior clinical and non-clinical teams at directorate and trust wide levels.

The postholder will deputise, when required, for the Director of Clinical Workforce Transformation with regards to workforce planning and efficiency strategies and plans across the Trust.
