**The Job**

The Accounts Assistant position is a varied role that presents the opportunity to join a lean finance team. Within your remit you will have full control over the Purchase Ledger and will assist the credit controller with the sales ledger. Within this varied role the key components would include:

- Processing invoices with various currencies
- Managing weekly supplier payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Assisting the Credit Controller with resolving unmatched payments
- Managing subscription renewals

We are keen to speak to individuals which has at least two years’ experience within a similar accounts assistant position. It is important the individual has a strong attention to detail with good communication skills for both internal & external partnering. The successful person must be a self-starter and will roll their sleeves up and support the team when required.

The role of Accounts Assistant is based in the outskirts of Edinburgh and is offering the following package:

- Up to £27,500 depending on experience
- 35 Days Holiday can increase up to 40 with length of service
- Bonus scheme
