Personal Assistant with HR Experience

Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with HR experience to join their team.
The Personal Assistant is the first point of contact for all matters relating to the scheduling of the MD and other Senior Team members. The PA organizes and coordinates most actions across the team and wider business. This role will be based between 2 sitesin the Orpington area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations based on draft handwritten or typed notes
- Collaborate data into exceptionally well-presented spreadsheets
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Adhoc jobs/projects e.g., find a new utility supplier or oversee new premises setup and install
- Occasional round 1 interviews
- Organise external contractors for new projects or maintenance
- Liaise with the Landlord on maintenance issues
- Attend meetings in the absence of MD & ensure other attendees attend
- Create Agendas for all meetings, minute meetings and distribute action points to relevant staff, chasing up their completion and so ensuring continuity between recurring meetings
- Organising staff events e.g., Christmas party/ summer drinks
- Follow up/chase all action points from previous meetings
- Various other personal tasks
- HR duties, offer letters, contracts, holidays & sickness management.
Office hours are 35 per week - flexible hours and working from home balance.
DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL.
