**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Optimise operational workflows and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment on operational support and delegation
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Analysis, segmentation and trend spotting for weekly and monthly reports
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Audit onboarding and compliance documents such as right to work, health questionnaires, contracts and handbook
- General admin and diary planning

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis and ability to report concisely
- Strong presence with the ability to be the face of the office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
