Sales Administrator

U.K.P. Accessories supplies bespoke labels, trims, and packaging to clothing brands worldwide. Our UK office is our sales and marketing hub, and we also have offices in Hong Kong, China, India, and Bangladesh.
This Sales Administrator role will involve a range of administration and sales activities, including supporting our Sales and Marketing team.
Some experience of working in an office environment is preferred and you should be prepared for a steep learning curve in the early months to become familiar with our varied range of products.
**Key Duties**
- Answering the telephone.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers.
- Raise quotations, process sales and purchase orders.
- Update and maintain simple excel databases.
- Pick and pack of orders.
- Book despatches with couriers.
- Become familiar with SAGE software - training will be given.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with any required administration tasks.
**Personal & Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and well organised.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access, Word.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and assertive, keen to build long term relationships.
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) - including English and Maths.
