This is a key post to support the Recruitment and Outreach Manager in all processes involved in the applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment.-
- The role involves delivering and coordinating recruitment and outreach activities including monitoring, tracking and analysing participant data, monitoring feedback on activities, and building relationships with schools and colleges externally in academic areas.**What we offer**:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- **Job Title**: Senior Student Recruitment and Outreach Officer (Home) **Faculty/Directorate**: Marketing & Student Recruitment** Grade**: F **Location**: High Wycombe** Hours**: 37**Responsible to**: Recruitment and Outreach Manager **Job Purpose**:

- This role holder will contribute to the development and implementation of a programme of imaginative, relevant and targeted activities and events designed to recruit students to study at Buckinghamshire New University.-
**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role**:

- _Developing and implementing student recruitment plans for specified target markets across the UK_
- _Designing and delivering engaging presentations and workshops for a variety of stakeholders including prospective students, applicants and teachers_
- _Promoting the University offer at events by organising, delivering and evaluating a range of activities_
- _Creating online and offline content to increase active audience size_
- _Overseeing the development of relationships with new target schools and colleges and managing an effective network of contacts_
- _Analysing monitoring and evaluation data to highlight current trends_
- _Promoting BNU across the sector and upselling low impact activities to sustained projects_
- _Undertake safeguarding responsibilities and risk assessments for campus activities_
- _Networking with colleagues at other HEIs in respect of best practice with regards to student recruitment._
- _Researching emerging trends and developments in secondary and vocational education and co-developing activities and resources in response._
- _Providing professional advice to the academic teams on their schools and outreach activities_
- _Working with the Head of Home Recrutiment and Widening Participation Outreach to assess target schools and colleges providing information about key insitutions for academic colleagues_
- _Undertake any other responsibilities as required by the Head of Home Recruitment and Widening Participation Outreach._
