**VACANCY - Office Supervisor - Kintore**

Grahams the Family Dairy is looking to recruit an Office Supervisor. This is a permanent position, working 8am-4pm, 5 out of 7 days at our Kintore site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for all customer queries, orders, and complaints and pursuing these to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner.
- Inputting orders into the computer system, including depot stock transfers, stock delivery returns and completing a reconciliation process.
- Responsible for all administration duties, ensuring standardisation of practice and efficiency of procedures.
- Produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate inter-department activities to ensure processes are followed and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Develop consistent best practice policies whilst looking for alternative ways to solve problems.
- Support the Depot Manager with any other tasks/projects as required.

You will be an exceptional communicator with several years office supervision experience ideally gained within a fast-moving consumer goods environment. In addition to this you will have excellent MS office skills, good people skills along with excellent planning and organisational skills.
