The Enterprise Operations & Technology Chief Administrative Office (EO&T CAO) is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators, and stakeholders. With responsibility for Risk and Control, Quality Assurance, Transformation, O&T Regulatory Standards and Communication and the O&T Chief Data Office, the EO&T CAO enables the organization to execute on O&T’s Vision and Strategy. This role will report into the EO&T Transformation BM / OTTO & TPO Lead, working closely with the Head of EO&T Transformation and rest of the management team as well as the senior Risk and Control Officers within EO&T. This Transformation role will support EO&T programs establish the right framework in which to execute our commitments as part of the overall Global Transformation. In addition, the BM part of the role will support the development of strategies to build the future state models across Enterprise Operations and Technology in addition to driving and liaising with the central Transformation Program Office and O&T Transformation Office to ensure we’re aligned with standards and guidance they set. The role specifically will include: Transformation Program Office and O&T Transformation Office Liaison - Support liaison, building strong relationships, with the central Transformation Program Office (TPO) and O&T Transformation Office - Ensure all changes to standards and guidelines issues by the TPO are workable for EO&T, understood, communicated to our Transformation Team and followed within the wider EO&T Transformation efforts. Business Management - Provide support with ad hoc management support tasks, as required - Provide support to the coordination of strategic improvements to the EO&T overall Risk and Control framework, governance and oversight processes which stretch beyond the Transformation Special Projects - Support running / leading cross EO&T Transformation Projects. Examples include defining and supporting a Communications strategy and roll out to complement the Transformation changes; understanding and rolling out training (not delivering) for our BAU resources throughout our Transformation journey; defining and enhancing current day reporting for senior management (Operating Committee level). PMO - Manage and track program plans and consolidate, as required, an overall EO&T view - Manage and track risks and issues log - Work closely with the Firm’s central Transformation and Technology Program Offices to ensure full alignment with latest standards / program wide activities and milestones - Design / uplift current day reports as needed. Governance and reporting - Provide support for the EO&T Transformation Governance forums including preparation of the meeting materials, taking minutes and tracking actions - Provide regular reporting as input into meeting materials Data Analytics - Be comfortable dealing with large amounts of data, understanding tools such as PTS and Jira, and being able to extract data and present in a meaningful way for senior management as well as working level discussions Communications - Support the preparation of materials - powerpoint / word documents as required - Maintain the team’s sharepoint, keeping it up to date at all times. Must be comfortable dealing with sensitive information **Qualifications**: - Experienced PMO / BM in financial services, ideally within Risk and Control, Audit, Operations or Technology teams - Relevant experience in working on large complex cross-organization programs - Strong PMO / PM discipline - Proven experience of leading on pieces of work and proven track record in driving positive and sustained change - Ability to lead by example, strong influential and interpersonal skills, used to deliver results in a complex environment - Strong ability to engage at all levels of an organization, comfortable with communicating to seniors as well as peers - Experienced in working in a multi country team with global scope across multiple teams, able to manage culture differences and champion diversity - Proven track record of effective stakeholder management. - **Job Family Group**: Project and Program Management - **Job Family**: Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
