We're seeking a People Services Administrator to join our thriving award-winning practice. This post is based in our Cardiff studio, however you will collaborate with our other studios throughout the UK.

**Purpose**
You will pro-actively support all of the people within our business, assist in locating and securing new talent whilst maintaining a positive, friendly company image as the first line of contact to visitors, clients, suppliers and contractors both in person, online and via telephone
**A guide to duties & responsibilities**
- Provide high quality, confidential, administrative support for various people processes
- Provide an approachable and helpful first point of contact to our team.
- Develop and manage recruitment campaigns, assist with filtering and ensure all steps are undertaken in a timely fashion.
- Co-ordinate vacancies with third party recruitment consultants.
- Assist with developing onboarding systems and materials, setting up new starters, right to work checks etc.
- Maintain personnel records, update database & retain records in accordance with QA procedures and data retention policies.
- Support senior management team in their recording and use of the HR database.
- Monitor and organise performance reviews, supporting people with their learning objectives.
- Develop and organise core CPD, track and monitor performance.
- Support the production of management information to enable effective performance management and decision making.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in accordance with Directors instructions, provide refreshments and undertake any meeting room preparations.
- Provide a professional call handling service.
- Monitor inventory and place orders, ordering catering, supplies, ad-hoc duties when required.
- Maintain QA and H&S records for region in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain a professional, clean and tidy environment
**Skills we're seeking**
- Prior office experience within a similar industry would be an advantage.
- GDPR qualification is essential but this can be undertaken in post.
- Professional, hard working and confident.
- Ability to develop own documents to meet a variety of needs.
- Methodical and pragmatic when faced with problems
- Highly competent user of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Empathetic to other departments and personnel needs.
- Discreet and confidential.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with a desire to learn.
