A food supplier based in Malvern are searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team working Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. The company themselves have been in their industry for over 20 years.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

- Processing of invoices and ensuring they have the correct approval using both SAP and Defacto.
- Obtain supplier statements and reconcile on a monthly basis.
- Review of aged creditor report to ensure all accounts are up to date.
- Liaise with different departments on price queries and debt notes issued to suppliers or recharges for lost stock.
- Other general Accounts Payable duties.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be required to:

- Have previous experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Systems preferably SAP.
- Prioritise tasks, work well under pressure.
- A good telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
