Grounds Team Member - Summer Season

This role is based at Hopton-on-Sea, NORFOLK, NR31 9BX

About the Grounds role;
- Ensuring that ‘curb-appeal’ is maintained across all external areas of the Resort
- Keeping the pathways, roads, and grounds clean, tidy and presentable
- Collecting laundry from guest accommodation
- Supporting the team with waste management
- The ability to work in a fast paced and physical role
- Comfortable engaging with guests around the Resort

You will take personal pride in;
- Knowing that the external Resort is well maintained and professionally presented
- Having a sense of achievement at the end of each day
- Being pro-active with a strong eye for detail
- Working well as part of a team to achieve a result
- Having the knowledge to work in line with all health & safety guidance
- Ensuring that you attend all relevant training sessions so that you can work to the best of your ability
- Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you, by treating your colleagues with respect

**Hours of work**:

- This is a temporary part-time position, working 24 hours per week over the Summer Season
- Working 3 days out of 7
- Shift patterns will include Mondays and Fridays, plus one additional day.
- Hours will be either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
