The Maintenance Team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a **Grounds Team Member**to assist the Maintenance Manager in the upkeep of the grounds and keep in line with company operating standards and environmentally friendly values. **This role is permanent and full-time based over 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.** **About us**: Billing Aquadrome is located in the Nene Valley, in the heart of Northamptonshire. Set over 235 acres of green parkland and lakes, with fantastic facilities, stunning country walks and fully stocked fishing lakes there really is something for everyone. **Key Tasks**: - Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork - To carry out seasonal landscaping as per the programme provided by the Maintenance Manager - Undertaking gardening tasks, such as strimming, weeding, grass cutting, grass collection and litter collection, to ensure all operating standards are maintained. - Repairing any paths, steps and walls as requested by the Maintenance Manager. - Maintaining and undertaking weekly checks of all machinery. - Assisting with siting and re-location of caravans - Assisting with gas deliveries - To comply with all company Health & Safety policies and guidelines, including wearing the appropriate PPE, to ensure safety to yourself and to others. **Experience** - Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, although full training will be given. - Full driving licence required We're seeking an enthusiastic, approachable, and energetic individuals with a proactive, "can-do" mindset—if that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you **Team Benefits** - Career progression opportunities - 20% off Food & Drink while on the resort - 20% Team Discount on Holidays Pay: From £12.21 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Referral programme Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability **Experience**: - Groundskeeping: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
