If you thrive on the feeling like YOU’RE personally growing as a company grows, and want to feel like your work matters, read on ===================== **THE ROLE - MISSION** Deliver exceptional client experience in every single client interaction, from coaching fitness sessions to ongoing support towards their goals - you’ll strive to be the highlight of their day, every day ............................. **THE ROLE - RESPONSIBILITIES** - Being the best part of our clients day - every time they walk through the door - Building client relationships with each and every member - Group Fitness coaching - Member retention - (Dependent on successful applicant) - Delivery of some 1-1 Personal Training - (Dependant on successful applicant) - Client check-ins & nutrition coaching ............................. **THE ROLE - DUTIES** - Delivering large group PT sessions (upto 30 people) - Delivering small group strength training (6-12 people - barbell focussed) - Engaging with clients and building relationships - Client accountability and support messages - Progress review conversations with clients - Helping to come up with new ideas for events and retention initiatives - Providing additional cover during team leave - Ad hoc admin support ............................. **THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS (YOUR skills & competencies)** - Experience in coaching group Fitness and (ideally) Personal Training - Outstanding customer service skills - An interest in "outside of session" coaching and accountability - Attention to detail ............................. **THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS (who YOU are as a person)** - Friendly, personable and caring - Coachable and eager to learn - Driven, committed and outstanding work ethic - You take huge pride in your work and have high standards ............................. **OH, AND YOU'LL ALSO NEED....** - ...to be fun to be around and work with - ....a strong banter game - Your own your own laptop - Your own transport After completing this, you'll be invited for an informal initial chat where we can first and foremost, fine out more about one another.
