You’ll play a huge part in the success of the whole business, by not only delivering 5-star coaching, but also promoting and selling new services and 1-1 Personal Training to existing members. If you thrive on the feeling like YOU’RE personally growing as a company grows, and want to feel like your work matters, read on ===================== **THE ROLE - RESPSONSIBILITIES** - **Deliver high-quality group coaching** sessions (Large Group PT and Small Group Strength) - **Deliver habit-based nutrition** and accountability coaching (we teach your our model) - **Deliver 1-1 Personal Training**: - **Internal Business Development** -> promoting, selling and delivering - a) 1-1 and Partner PTb) Nutrition continuity programsc) Health MOTsd) Branded merchandise - **Work with the GM and Coaches** to continue improving and developing our programs and services - **Deliver member challenges** and retention initiatives ===================== **THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS ( YOUR skills & competencies)** - Level 3 qualified AND experience - Experience and passion for coaching Group Fitness - Commercial awareness - understands the importance of internal revenue generation (PT, Nutrition packages etc.). - Amazing at building client relationships - An interest in nutrition and behaviour change coaching - Comfortable with learning how to use basic coaching software - Attention to detail ======================== **THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS (YOUR traits)** - **MUST be an positive, energetic and full of "can do" attitude**: - Friendly, personable and caring - Coachable and eager to learn - Contributes to a warm, inclusive, but performance-driven team culture. - Driven, committed and outstanding work ethic - You take huge pride in your work and have high standards ======================== **OH, AND YOU'LL ALSO NEED....** - ...to be fun to be around and work with - ....a strong banter game - Your own your own laptop - Your own transport go above and beyond ======================== Full & thorough training is given.
