**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies when necessary.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to maintain service efficiency during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for engaging with customers.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting is highly valued.
