**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out creative tasks according to clear briefs from the team who manage the trade of our brands
- Collaborate with Brand and PPC Managers to enhance product listings, storefronts, and marketing assets
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices and new creative tools
- Assist Brand Managers in benchmarking and reporting product performance improvements after asset updates
- Support new product launches by creating sales imagery, optimizing packaging, and other launch materials
- Assist the Senior Creative Manager in managing the creative pipeline, ensuring timely project delivery
- Monitor product performance after improvements and recommend tactics for future strategies
**About You**
- Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in graphic design and creative asset creation for ecommerce brands
- Adobe stack (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) graphic design knowledge and proficiency is a must-have
- Experience creating assets for Amazon or similar sales platforms e.g. Bol, Kauffland, Walmart - understanding of conversion levers, image stack requirements, A+ content creation etc.
- Organisation & time management - able to manage and juggle multiple projects at once, across several brands with competing profitability & seasonality priorities
