This is a new exciting opportunity for a Creative Executive to join an award-winning global entertainment company, who are behind some of the most popular kids’ titles in the world.

**Your duties will include**:

- Overseeing shows from both a creative and production perspective all the way from development to production through to final delivery, for YouTube and premium platforms.
- Ideate on show ideas, formats, and creative content.
- Review and provide notes on scripts, outlines, storyboards, animatics, cuts, voice records, and all other steps in the creative process.
- Working closely with various departments to ensure creative development is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Ideate and creatively strategise for branded content from development to production for major global brands.
- Maintain and expand their database of writers, designers, animation studios and production staff, as well as identify and assign creative talent to develop and produce content.

**Experience required**
- Passionate and knowledgeable about animated and live-action children's entertainment.
- Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail. Ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines is a must.
- Experience working across live-action and animation narrative shows.
- Strong understanding of character and story, working to brand guidelines, and a grasp of visual film-making language and techniques.
- Able to interpret data and insights and leverage them in the creative process. Research and analytics experience a plus.
- Highly collaborative, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
- Knowledge on animation.

5 days a week onsite in North West London. Up to £70k DOE.
