**Rota Co-ordinator - Social Care at Specialist Care Team**

An **exciting opportunity **has arisen in our registered office in **Morecambe**. We are looking for a **dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic individual** who is self-motivated, and able to “juggle” varied customer and staff requests in a supportive way and in a busy environment.

You will coordinate and schedule staff weekly rotas using the **Access PeoplePlanner system**, to ensure the **smooth and efficient** running of the service.
- **Location: North Lancashire (Morecambe office)**:

- **Permanent position as part of an established team**:

- **Monday - Friday shifts**:

- **Free DBS**

The post holder will ensure the provision of **high-quality client care** by efficiently deploying staff, and the post will involve working with Managers, Care Co-ordinators, Support Workers, and external customers. The post is **instrumental **in the creation, implementation, and management of staffing rotas.

**Experience in rota management planning** would be an advantage, however, more importantly, you will have worked in a role that requires you to be highly organised, customer-focused, show attention to detail, undertake planning, and have strong communication and time management skills.

The ability to remain calm under pressure, possess **excellent communication skills, **and work to tight deadlines is essential, along with a professional manner, team working, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
