The Children and Young People's Central Cheshire Mental Health Team is a multidisciplinary group of experienced clinicians committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic care. We work collaboratively to manage complexity, mitigate risk, and achieve meaningful outcomes through assessments, therapy, family work, group sessions, consultation, and training.
**We’re seeking enthusiastic practitioners with**:
A recognised qualification in nursing, social work, or allied health professions.
Experience working with children and young people facing mental health challenges.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or systemic approaches.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
