Could you help our children make the best out of every day? We have a very homely detached residential setting in a quiet cul-de-sac. The team is well established and has a family vibe. Previous experience isn’t always necessary as full training will be provided.

iMap - individuals making autism positive, are an established support provider within the Cheshire area who have a strong commitment and ethos towards increasing the participation of children, young people and adults with autism in all aspects of living and learning.

Support Workers are the key to providing outstanding support to the young people in our care. While no two days or nights are the same, consistency in approach is key. We are looking for staff to join a small team who support young people in their day to day lives. Our young people are very active during the day and enjoy being out and about, whether that is in the community going walking, swimming, maybe dancing the night away at the disco, or at home working on their independent living skills and in school with learning.

Don’t worry if you have never worked in care before, we offer full paid training with ongoing support from a strong management and multi-award-winning office teams who invest in you and help you achieve your career goals. Our standard full time hours are around 37.5 hours a week, engaged in a shift rota, mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

Our property is located in Winsford, near bus routes, so driving is not essential for the role, however it is always an advantage.

All staff need to be at least 23 years old to adhere to CQC regulations.
