RESPONSE is looking for a** Trustee with experience in Finance to become the Chair of the Finance Committee**, a sub-committee of the board, and, a** Trustee with experience in compliance, auditing and data protection.** You would contribute to, and ensure the effective delivery of, the emerging strategy. A genuine interest and commitment to the organisation's Mission, Values and Strategic Goals is essential along with an understanding of compliance, risk management and control of processes.

For over 50 years, RESPONSE has been pioneering services that enable more people of all ages to live a fulfilled life through mental wellbeing support and services. We have grown significantly in the last five years and now support in excess of 400 adults and provide support to hundreds of Young People on their journey over West Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire (BOB).

As a large charity with energy and ambition, we need Trustees who are able to invest a suitable amount of time, on a flexible basis, each month. As a guide, a Trustee could be investing around 6 hours a month to RESPONSE (in addition to the formal board meetings, which take place bi-monthly). However, if you are unable to commit to this time, we would still welcome a conversation on what could be reasonable if you have the skill sets we need.
