**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly efficient, professional and proactive administrator to support the Pensions team with ensuring members and third parties are provided with clear information regarding the OUP pension arrangements. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

Key responsibilities:

- Calculate and prepare retirement quotations
- Maintain details on the pension databases to ensure that information is accurate and up to date
- Calculate Transfer Values and Death Benefits
- Process data for the Trustee quarterly administration report
- Run leaver reports and ensure correct benefits are applied to each member’s record
- Assist with member queries
- Maintain the Trustee’s subsection within Oxford Share (our intranet), making sure that all documents as required are available for the Trustee Directors to view
- Reconcile the Trustee bank account on a monthly basis and processes supplier invoices
- Complete ad hoc projects as required by the Pensions Administration Manager

This is a full-time position however we are open to discussing potential flexibility, and the fixed term contract is for 18 months.

We operate a hybrid working policy and expect this role to require approximately 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
