Our client is a Yorkshire-based specialist recruitment consultancy business with an excellent reputation within the Technology sector. This highly successful, small, personable recruitment team is expanding the operation and they are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will be expected to self-manage, will be responsible for developing the desk and will be tasked with increasing the client base and increasing overall perms and contract revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensure that a motivated consultant will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations.
To be suitable for this opportunity you will have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a passion for the sector, and will be looking for a long-term career move.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential as is a confident personality.
