**Business Development Executive - B2B Sales London**

Are you currently in a B2B sales role or recruitment consultant position and considering your options? If so we want to hear from you.
- Client acquisition - bringing on new clients by selling the BMS Performance proposition
- Client development - securing long term partnerships with our client base
- Cross-selling technical, marketing and graduate recruitment services
- Developing relationships with key decision makers within existing clients
- Negotiating fees and terms of business with new and existing clients

**To be considered for the Business Development Executive role you must have**:

- Recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
- B2B sales experience is essential (1 years + ideally)

**The package for Business Development Executive**:

- £28,000 - £30,000 basic
- Uncapped bonus scheme - realistic in first year £10,000 OTE
