I'm helping a market leading property company based in the heart of Mayfair, to find a person to fulfil the role of Accounts Co-ordinator within their friendly team.

This role is 100% office based, but there is an option to work a 4 days week & there is flexibility with the working hours. The offices are well located with excellent facilities such as an on-site gym.

The key purpose of the role is to manage the payment and approval process to ensure that invoices are correctly authorised, allocated and processed.

Day to day duties for this role will include the following:

- Allocating invoices correctly
- Collating information onto Excel trackers
- Chasing internal contacts for approval
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Supporting the Commercial Director and other colleagues with project work

We're looking for someone who has gained some experience of transactional Accounting and is a confident & self-motivated person with good communication skills.

As the role is currently vacant, I am keen to speak to people with immediate availability or a short notice period.
