As a **Network Recruitment Lead** at Onebright, you will support the growth, development and retention of our network of clinician and therapist across the UK. You will drive growth to meet the changing demands of the business by liaising with key stakeholders in our Operations and Clinical teams and undertake the activities necessary to ensure supply meets demand across geography / price / availability and clinical modalities.

Through a combination of identifying your own leads and working under the guidance of the Commercial Network Manager, you will advocate the benefits of being part of our network of Therapists and Clinicians using a variety of tools provided within the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the Clinician and Therapist landscapes and to establish and improve relationships with our network. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Support the actions required to ensure that the network has the correct resources to meet demand through network MI, Therapist gap analysis, relationship management etc
- Grow and reactivate the clinical network in line with business forecast and individual/team targets
- Research and identify new opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, or new ways of reaching existing markets to pro-actively recruit new / external therapists to the group network,Generate leads and call prospective network partners

Meet with network partners face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with network partners
- Through engagement, ensure onboarding processes are carried out effectively and within the Onebright compliance framework.
- Organise and participate in events both virtual and in time, face to face. Attend industry opportunity events to network and promote the business.
- Support therapist forum events and provide relevant marketing materials.
- Support the design of new processes for business improvement,
- Support CPD events and sessions
- Generate marketing data for use in developing the network through improvements and communication through forecasting and analysis
- Day to day business support activities in dealing with enquiries from existing and potential clinicians, escalating cases seeking resolution, problem solving and pro-actively resolving issues
- Deliver against agreed targets and KPI’s

**To be considered for the role of Network Recruitment Lead you will need to**:
Skilled in sales, marketing, and business management in a commercial environment,

Have experience / knowledge of healthcare, clinical or therapist organisations or be willing to undergo full training.

Have a range of skills or experience in marketing and communications.

Understand the process of negotiation and appreciate the sensitive nature of clinical work and its specialism

Target-driven, with an emphasis on delivering to Key Performance Indicators.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

You will be required to work in a hybrid model, working 3 days in our office, and 2 days from home.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
