**Location: Head Office - Woodford Green**
**Hours: 38 hours per week**
**Salary: £17,832.00 - £18,823.00pa pro-rata for time worked**
**Contract: 6 months with possibility of going **permanent**
Ambient Support is a registered UK charity with over 25 years’ experience in providing care and support services for older people, people with a mental health need and people with a learning disability.
**We have a fantastic new opportunity for you to join our internal Learning and Development team as a Training Administrator. **You will be part of a dynamic friendly team, we are looking for someone who is a team player, IT literate, organised, pays attention to detail, ability to prioritise your workload and has good communication skills.
**Our Training Administrator duties will be**:
- Setup training courses using our HR web-based system
- Add delegates to the courses
- Remove/cancel delegates from courses
- Add the courses to the Outlook Training calendar
- Add MS Teams or Zoom links to course invites
- Add delegates to the scheduled courses in Outlook Calendar
- In Outlook ad links to policy documents and course evaluation sheets
- Send Outlook reminders to staff
- Book Venue’s for face-to-face training sessions
- Liaise with staff, in-house trainers and external training providers to set-up and schedule newly request courses
- Research and work with external training providers to find the right courses for Ambient staff
- Add new staff and remove leavers from our eLearning platform, update details of staff that change their role
- Update courses details once a course has taken place, chase up attendance sheets and add attendees or no shows
- Close completed courses on HR system
**Our Training Administrator would need to be**:
- Driven, accurate and have a keen eye for detail
- Super friendly, adaptable, and organised
- Able to work autonomously and make decisions when needed
- Able to use Word and Excel with ease, up to intermediate level
- Professional with a real understanding of the importance to be precise
- Good communication and customer service
