**Front of House**

Flour is a new pizzeria and street food restaurant in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea We are seeking an experienced and reliable Front of House to join our team. As a FOH you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and supporting the overall operations of our restaurant.

Your job will vary between:
1. front of house welcoming and serving guests;
2. working behind the bar making drinks and helping with dessert preparations if necessary;
3. serving guests at our take away hatch and at the till;
About the FOH role:

- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Know our menu inside out including wine pairings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Support other team members as needed to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is essential.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Have a can-do and pro-active attitude and work well as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, bartending skills, and food safety regulations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be located within 35 mins from Wells-next-the-Sea.

You'll be required to work 3 to 5 days per week including either Saturday or Sunday, bank holidays and school holidays.

Opening hours: 4pm to 8:30pm Monday to Thursday / noon to 9pm Friday to Sunday.

Please note during school holidays, summer and bank holidays we'll open everyday from noon to 9:30pm

Please note we do not offer accommodation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
