**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your role will involve various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant, bar, or catering services.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision while maintaining accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including catering events.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality, with previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and food preparation practices is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in catering environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to help colleagues when needed.

Pay: £10.50-£13.50 per hour
