**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and train staff in hospitality best practices, food safety protocols, and culinary knowledge.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage our social media presence, promoting the business and advertising events and the business on a day to day basis.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sector is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
