As an Administrator, you will work with other team members to provide project assistance and support for the coordination of critical tasks enabling delivery of Cyber projects.

**_Cyber experience isn't essential;_**the key thing we're looking for is **Administration skills**, **good experience of Excel** and **good communication** to work with different stakeholders within the team.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Be the central point of contact for both internal and external customers for first line support and queries.
- Accountable for raising Purchase Orders and Invoice review and approval
- Accountable for planning and booking equipment pick-up from manufacturer
- Arrange collection and delivery of cyber devices to sites
- Responsible for Informing the delivery teams of the scope of works
- Accountable for the proactive communication of key delivery timescales of scheme critical information required by site and construction staff. Keep track of site works and raise any delays to the Project Engineer
- Provide the time sheeting codes to delivery teams and ensure time is booked correctly
- Ensure all the mark-up drawings are complete and copies are left on site
- Support the Project Engineers with booking and delivering equipment factory acceptance tests pre installation.
- Responsible for providing support to other teams within the Cyber Delivery team, as required
