**Scope**:
**Salary**: £14.22 per hour (Discretionary bonus).
**Hours Of Work**: 08:00hrs-18:00hrs (Flexible approach towards hours depending on operational circumstances)
**Annual Leave Entitlement**: 28 Days (Inclusive of Bank Holidays).
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting management of the delivery of site security.
- Assisting Implementation of customer service excellence to the team.
- Responsible for the professional conduct & development of team leaders and members and deliver all staff appraisals.
- Ensure that all employee grievances are dealt with according to company procedures.
- Must have a full understanding of multiple cross-functions covered by each division
- I.e., Back of House, Post Room, Loading Bay, Control Room duties.
- Incident management and response.
- Assisting with the responsible of manning levels (Contracted, Ad-hoc and Special Events as per Client requirements), these may include, recruitment, screening and vetting with administrators and central support ensuring that sufficient and suitable relief staff are available.
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements, minimizing risks to all associates in the client’s business.
- Responsible for Rota creation/collation and weekly operational control liaison.
- Must have an awareness of electronic solutions such as CCTV & Access Control functions, Keyholding, Post Room and general business support. Previous working experience with Timegate and/or similar, would be beneficial.
- Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Coordinating and ensuring mobile and/or onsite patrols are carried out correctly with all required reports are completed within a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems onsite.
- Promote and ensure Health and Safety requirements within site for e.g., Risk Assessments etc.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Promote and support company initiatives towards ISO 14001.
- Organize/Coordinate office maintenance with external companies/landlord.
- Onboarding new starters and coordinating induction process at site.
- Review, update and maintain policies onsite in line with company policies.
- Manage confidential material in accordance with GDPR.
- Provide and participate in the company’s CSR Initiative(s).
- Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, excellent motivational skills.
- Must have a valid SIA license.
- Must have a clear understanding and be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills whilst always maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Clear, concise, and confident communication skills towards team and external occupiers.
- Extensive experience in; key management, including auditing and systems associated.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure and must be physically able to carry out all duties.
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills.
- Excellent IT literacy including MS Office Applications.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant security systems and their operation.
- Ability to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as required.
- Team player with strong leadership skills and being a role model for your fellow colleagues.
- Must be patient, tolerant, reliable, and trustworthy whilst being persuasive and assertive.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliability and discretion at all times.
- Able to maintain highly confidentiality information
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills.
- Excellent IT literacy including MS Office Applications.
