We have a fantastic opportunity for a Swim Club Host to join the team at Another Place, The Lake. We’re looking for someone to join our team who has excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

**What your days could look like**:
- Manage access to Swim Club whilst welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to Swim Club and to ensure its facilities are fully explained to all users
- Welcome all day visitors to Swim Club and ensure the smooth running of their day
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner and in a style that meets our brand guidelines.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the treatment list and it’s parameters
- Manage enquires/bookings for sports
- Liaise with the therapists on duty to update them on any changes to their appointments throughout the day
- Conduct tours of Swim Club
- Support the department manager as required to ensure the smooth running of the department

**Job skills and requirements**:

- Experience of working as a receptionist within a high-volume business
- A good knowledge of customer care/complaint handling
- Experience in cash handling
- Computer literate
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Responsible
- Ability to multi-task
- Numerate
- Experience of working in a spa environment would be preferred
- Hospitality experience
- Experience of delivering treatments would be beneficial
