As Receptionist you are a vital part of our guests journey you will likely be the first and last point of contact they have in our hotel. Your day to day;Greeting everyone of our guests with a welcoming smileEfficiently helping guests whilst the checking in and outProviding the highest level of hospitalityUpselling of rooms and other facilitiesInforming the guests of the hotels facilities offering advice and assistance when necessaryWho are we looking for As Receptionist you will be the first person to greet our guests so will be the key to providing that fantastic first impression.
