An exciting new vacancy has arisen at Askham Hall, Penrith (CA10 2PF) for a Receptionist.

Askham Hall is an award winning Hotel and Private Hire venue, complete with Michelin starred restaurant. We are nestled beneath the Cumbrian fells in the beautiful village of Askham.

We are looking for a Receptionist to help cover our busy reception desk and to deal with customer enquiries received via the telephone and on-line contact methods.

Ideally we are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Warm telephone and face to face manner
- Someone who always puts the Customer first
- Real life use of an electronic reservation system (Rezlynx preferred)
- Excellent keyboard skills (Microsoft)
- Good written and numeracy skills, attention to detail is very important
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Able to work well in a team or on your own
- Able to stay calm and think on your feet

We are situated in a rural location, you will need to have reliable transport arrangements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 45 per week
