**Financial Controller | TV & Film Production Cmopany | London**
Harmonic are excited to be partnering with a scaling Independent TV and Film production business who are looking for a Financial Controller to join the team.
**The Company**:
This business is a well-established and renowned Production company that specialise in Documentaries, Non-Scripted and Entertainment content for both Television and Film. They have won numerous high-profile awards and have successfully scaled through theyears. There are fantastic progression opportunities available for the incoming Financial Controller as the company continues to grow and work with a number of successful broadcasters and streaming platforms.
In terms of the company, it is made up of around 75 employees and has a Turnover of around £30m. There is a fantastic workplace culture which has a friendly, sociable and dynamic feel. Based in Central London, the company boast modern offices and take amodern approach to work-life balance with this being a hybrid role split 3 days in the office and 3 at home.

**The Role**:
As the Financial Controller, you will report directly into a Finance Director renowned for their mentorship skills and you will be responsible for managing the finance function. In terms of duties, you will take ownership for producing the monthly managementaccounts, managing and mentoring a team of 3, as well as cashflow forecasting.
It is a position that gives you broad exposure to a wide array of duties, both commercial and strategic.
**The Duties**:
- Preparing and producing the monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
- Producing cashflow forecasts
- Business partnering with Department heads on team budgets
- Implementing new procedures and policies to improve profitability and drive efficiencies
- Managing and developing a team of 3
- Monitoring production finance budgets and profitability
- Ad-hoc projects with the Finance Director
**What we need to see (essential)**:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified or Qualified.
- Experience in the Creative Industries - Media/Marketing/Music/TV/Film sector
- Passion for the TV & Film industry
**What we'd like to see (bonus)**:
- Experience in TV or Film
**Salary**:£60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and extensive benefits
