Customer Services Co-ordinator

Are you a Customercentric individual? Perhaps frustrated by the endless target driven call-centres? We need someone who values Customer Services, someone that listens and go that extra mile to ensure their customer is handled correctly and their query dealtwith effectively.
Should you be a homeowner and used to dealing with all sorts of niggles this would go down an absolute storm for our client or indeed have previous experience within the property market.
PC savvy, Word, Excel, in-house systems would all be very useful and the ability to learn new systems is always key.
You will need to handle some sensitive cases, so we do need someone who can remain empathetic but resilient too.
In return you will be working for a rather iconic brand in their field that prides itself on quality from start to finish. This role is a permanent position but ideally to start off on a temporary basis to begin with.
