Senior Recruiter - Early Careers and Campus

**Location**:
Client Site (2 to 3 days a week) - Northampton OR London - some travel between both sites

**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**

You’ll work onsite with our Financial Services client based in Northampton/London, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns (Graduate, Apprenticeship and Internship Schemes).
- You’ll manage client presence at target universities, always ensuring we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
- Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
- Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process, utilising the appropriate exercises templates
- Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager

**What do I need to succeed in this role?**

**Must Haves**:

- At least 3-5 cycles of experience in Early Careers Recruitment and/or Development
- Track record of delivering campaigns and targeted solutions
- Understanding of the Early Careers and Campus market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience working in Financial Services
- Experience of developing an account from ground up
