**London / Hybrid (2 Days per week on site)**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior in-house recruiter to join a new central recruitment team vital to the success of Our Clients business by ensuring they attract the talent Our Client needs.

**Main purpose of the job**
- Managing multiple end to end recruitment campaigns senior professional services and senior academic roles within Our Clients business to ensure an efficient, cost effective and compliant recruitment process.
- Building an effective working relationship with senior staff to ensure senior recruitment campaigns are delivered smoothly.
- Utilising standard and innovative routes to market to deliver a diverse applicant pool.
- Proactively generating applicants through various search methodologies.
- Working to a defined service catalogue to deliver a value added service which improves the way Our Clients recruit talent, reducing time to hire and cost per hire.

- Ability to build credibility quickly and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- The ability to negotiate with and influence hiring managers to obtain a positive recruitment outcome
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Resilient and adaptable

**Qualifications, experience and knowledge**
- Proven experience of full life-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment with a particular focus on Executive Search.
- REC Diploma or professional qualification in recruitment
- Experience of producing performance metrics to support customer scorecards
- Experience of x-ray and Boolean search would be advantageous
- Data driven decision making
- Experience of working within the Higher Education Sector
- Experience of hiring for niche roles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £208.00-£400.00 per day
