We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator This is a fabulous opportunity if you’re looking to take your first leap into the diverse, fun, fast-paced, world of HR. Recruiting and looking after circa. 1500 employees requires a pretty dedicated bunch of people, who know just how important it is to get things right, and support our employees whilst they are at THORPE PARK Resort and when they develop their careers within Merlin
As HR Administrator you will be super-efficient, friendly, helpful and organised. Working at the heart of the HR team, you can rest assured that no day is the same in this exciting and varied role. You will get involved in all administrative tasks from inputting important employee data, to supporting payroll, managing sickness and absence records, and helping with note-taking during meetings. In addition to this you will support initiatives such as our STAR recognition scheme and employee benefits, such as our amazing Merlin Magic Pass.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
- You'll have had previous admin experience
- A desire to provide an excellent service to our employees, in a supportive and caring manner
- You’ll be organised, highly efficient and accurate with excellent attention to detail
- You’ll be confident using computer systems, although training will be provided. Experience using Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel is desirable but not essential

This role is Full Time and averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
