Senseco Sprinkler Systems has an excellent opportunity to employ a customer service focussed individual, to join as a **Admin Assistant**. The successful applicant will be personally supporting the Contracts Manager by providing support with the day-to-day administration.
- Manage and work closely alongside the Contracts Manager
- Ensure the database is updated (sales logs/lost sites)
- Ensure assets and contact details are correct, and up to date on the database
- Obtain quotes from suppliers
- Check and send out sub-contractor purchase orders
- Check and approve sub-contractor and material invoices
- Ordering of all parts and equipment necessary to complete works, ensuring purchase orders are collated in most economical manner
- Ensuring prompt return of parts when incorrect or not required for works so that credit can be arranged
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed promptly. This includes the prompt receipt of purchase orders, chasing where not received and processing of engineer’s worksheets.
- Sending out remedial quotes
- Be professional and customer centric at all times.
- To learn the role of Service Estimator and provide assistance to the Service Team if and when required

- Computer literate
- Good written, oral and numerical skills. Excellent telephone manner

- Ideally a proven history of success within a Customer Service environment
- Ability to work as a team member, but on own when required
- Demonstrate an ability to understand matters of a financial nature and conform to budgetary constraints
- Ability and desire to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry
