Warranty Administrator

Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a **Warranty Administrator **to join their business based out of their **Sidcup **Dealership.

The **Warranty Administrator **is responsible to progress al invoices and Warranty claims on behalf of the company. It is essential to ensure that all companies processes are followed for the **Service **and **Parts **departments

We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic and experience within a **Warranty **role within the **Automotive **sector.

**About the role**
- To receive all required invoices for completion from all aftersales departments before processing.
- To use the companies systems to make sure each invoice and warranty claim is completed in the correct format.
- To NOT process any claim that isn’t correct
- To ensure all **parts **required for return to the manufacturer are correctly labelled, stored and prepared for delivery in a timely manner.
- To maintain all records accurately to monitor the progress of claims
- Review warranty claims with your manager
- To assist in any other aspect of the **service **department administration, as and when requested.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
