**IT Infrastructure Manager - AWS/O365 - West Midlands/Flexible**

**£60k - £70k plus excellent benefits, including generous holiday and pension entitlement**

**IT Infrastructure Manager**required for a market-leading organisation based in the West Midlands. As Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Technical IT Operations, maintaining high quality services acrossCloud technology platforms, in line with industry best practice standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing a small team of analysts/engineers.

**Key Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage the day-to-day running of the technical operations estate in line with Service Level management and IT best practise.
- Establish and manage the technical IT Service Catalogue, IT Service Level Agreements and ensure quality services are performed to the agreed SLA's.
- Maintain key 3rd party relationships, participating in IT supplier service review meetings.
- Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through.
- Work across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensuring effective dialogue between departments.
- Be an effective people leader for the recruitment, mentoring, training, target setting and performance of direct reports.

**Key Skills required**:

- Strong up to date technical understanding of Network technologies, Cloud Environments, IT Security principles, Hardware and Microsoft Server Products.
- An ability to manage cloud computing consumption environments.
- Oversee the design and running of infrastructure solutions that exploit cloud technology in a cost-effective way.
- Demonstrable knowledge of AWS product offerings and how to engineer them into best practice cloud solutions would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Modern Data Warehousing capabilities in Azure/AWS would be ideal
- Understanding of Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure such as RDS & AVD.

**Salary**:
**Our client is offering a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, and flexible working opportunities.**
