Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Location: Walsall, West Midlands Salary/Rate: £60,000–£65,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide commercial support across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, including water, transport, energy, and built environment sectors. The role involves working closely with project delivery teams to manage costs, drive efficiencies, and ensure financial control of projects. You will be responsible for contract management, subcontractor procurement, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and the identification of commercial opportunities, all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will work across projects ranging from established frameworks to bespoke civil engineering schemes and unplanned emergency works, developing expertise in both contractual management and project financial oversight.
