Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **Project Manager - Customer Journey Management** for a **6 month** contract based **remotely.**

**Purpose of the Project Manager - Customer Journey Management**:
This role is required to identify and support the initial stand up, solution identification and project design activity. Delivery of Project Fleet is demanded to significantly enhance the End to End Customer Journey Management capability and systemicallyenhance our ability to execute Proposition Simplification projects.

**As a Project Manager - Customer Journey Management, you will be responsible for**:

- Directing work streams within the project
- Delivering and Shaping the project
- As part of your role you will create solutions to work on project improvements / enchancements and setting directions
- Influence the team,within time and budget, navigate the project
- Project Management Experience
- Stakeholder Management / Engaging with a wide range of Stakeholders
- Agile, Scrum experience
- Customer improvements and experience regularity mediation activity
- Financial Services Experience
