Customer Support Specialist

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Customer Support Specialist** to join our dynamic Operations team and be the trusted first point of contact for architects, specifiers, and direct customers in the solar shading sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing company where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-level customer service to architectural firms, specifiers, and direct clients.
- Handle enquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Coordinate across departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Manage returns, replacements, and warranty claims with a commercial mindset.
- Process and dispatch spare parts, samples, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on customer interactions.
- Plan and schedule customer visits and training sessions.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

**Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B customer service or sales support, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or architectural products
- Experience in building products or construction industries preferred
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
**Qualifications**:
- GCSE Grade 5 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
