**Job Description**:
M3 is a keen global investor for assets to support our vision of eliminating unessential healthcare cost using the power of the internet. We have a very active Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) team, which invests across the globe to find additional companies that can join the M3 family and provide value to healthcare stakeholders as well as our shareholders.

**Mission of the Role**:
M3 is looking for a qualified intern to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team. M&A project intern will provide support on ongoing Due Diligence activities as well as comprehensive support across the new deal sourcing pre-Due Diligence. The M&A intern will gain experience into the entire life cycle of M&A activities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help scan and source future M&A targets
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis support for potential M&A / partnership targets
- Help develop presentation materials for M&A deals (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Provide support for ongoing Due Diligence
- Summarize ongoing discussions with M&A target for input from management

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Keen interest in M&A and its processes
- Undergraduate student, ideally with a degree in business, sciences or economics major
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Data analysis using Excel is a plus
- Driven and hard-working; strong bias for action
