As Data Management Administrator within Optimised Group, you are responsible for chasing and entering various types of utility data and providing accurate and up to date analysis via our internal and bespoke software systems; ensuring data is available to all Operational Business Units.

**What you’ll actually do**
- Ensure the timely collection and processing of utility invoices and associated data to support the wider Optimised Energy service offering
- Obtain information and data from suppliers and other industry sources and enter onto relevant systems, always ensuring accuracy.
- Oversee reminder and disconnection notices received from suppliers
- Complete recurring data related administrative tasks
- Answer and make telephone calls to/from suppliers
- Work closely with and provide support to the Data Management Lead and Bureau Analysts
- Help the company ensure it maintains a high level of data quality and completeness
- Calculate savings generated from re-bills and enter into Envizi
- Provide support in the mobilisation of new contracts and clients
- Assist with basic query management, including answering and making telephone calls to clients and suppliers
- Run gap analysis reports to identify & investigate data gaps
- Accurately log time against engagements in Kimble

**What you’ll need**
- Some administration and/or office-based experience is desired
- Good communication skills (telephone and written)
- Basic Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
